The Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society (P.A.L.S.) is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization established in 1996 to rescue stray, abandoned, and unwanted pets. All of the animals that we accept are welcome guests. They are assured shelter, food, veterinary care, and lots of love while we seek generous friends willing to share their homes, their lives, and their love. While waiting for a permanent home, our animals are cared for at adoption centers and foster homes. NONE of our guests is ever euthanized for needing extra care and attention or staying longer than expected.
Each year, we place over three hundred animals into pre-selected homes. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to turn away needy animals due to lack of space and funds. Please help us continue our work by becoming a Member.
Your membership contribution helps us: provide routine veterinary care for incoming animals, spaying and neutering animals prior to adoption, specialty veterinary care, general care of animals in foster homes, and all the many toys, blankets, beds, and other things that keep our animals conmfortable and happy while they await a forever home!
